- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

- Opened or partially consumed food items.
- Products that are no longer in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging).
- Items that have exceeded their expiration date.
3. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If an item is damaged upon delivery or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Send us an email with photos of the damaged product and its packaging to expedite the return process.
- In such cases, we offer either a replacement or a refund.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
