Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at shop@castaneacafe.com or call us at +1 (310) 809-0587. In case we already have shipped your order you can always return it within 14 days of receipt.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I pickup my order to save shipping?
Yes, we have local stores in the Los Angeles area in Venice Beach, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. You can choose one of these pickup locations instead of shipping when you checkout your order.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?
During checkout, you can choose from various shipping options, including standard and express delivery. The available options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed based on your shipping address.

How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
In the Los Angeles area we offer 
free in-store pickup in Venice Beach, Beverly Hills and Hollywood.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.


Packaging & Freshness

How are products like coffee packaged?
We ensure all food items, especially coffee, are securely packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return food products?
Yes, but due to health and safety regulations, opened or damaged food items (including coffee) are non-returnable.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

How much time do I have to return an item?
All unopened & unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Opened or partially consumed food items
  • Items not in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging)
  • Items past their expiration date

How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
